Who: All levels welcome—students, visitors, and curious newcomers
What to bring: Gi and good ukemi; come ready to train and connect. If you don’t own a gi, you can wear sweatpants and a t-shirt you won’t mind if it tears
How much: No donation is required, and none are refused
