SUMMARY:BAA Kata Seminar featuring the Koryu Dai Roku
DESCRIPTION:Shaun Hoddy (Essex Aikido Dojo Shoshinkan) will be teaching the Koryu Dai Roku. \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Koryu no Kata are a series of traditional forms developed to preserve\, study and practise the fundamental principles and techniques of Aikido. They provide a structured way of exploring movement\, timing\, distance\, balance breaking (kuzushi) and the application of technique. \n\n\n\nThe Koryu Dai Roku is recognised to be the most complicated and difficult Koryu-no-Kata.
